Elk Run is situated on U.S. Highway 52, just 15 minutes northwest of Rochester, home of the world-renowned Mayo Clinic, IBM, and the University of Minnesota Rochester. The MN Dept. of Transportation has planned and designed a new highway interchange at Elk Run, which will service the development as well as Pine Island and the surrounding area.
